A professional fully fitted kitchen and fitted storeroom area will be provided as part of the leasing agreement.
All furniture crockery. cutlery and ancillary equipment will also be provided through agreement with the Comann Eachdraidh Lios Mor and the Tenant. These items will also be part of the leasing agreement.
A provisional table license will be in place through the Comann Eachdraidh Lios Mor
The indoor area will accommodate between 35 and 40 covers plus a substantial additional outside balcony area.
There is a substantial visitor base throughout the year (seasonal variations) including day visitors, self catering and bed & breakfast.
The entire Heritage Site is designated as a Non Smoking area for all staff, volunteers and visitors.
Formal Applications are requested in writing no later than the 28th February 2006.
